Empowering change empowering Tech

The letter from the FDA demands that it protect us from bad pharmaceuticals and bad medicine. In fact it also protects us from good healing medicine and good alternative medicine.

The FDA is not playing games. I know too many people personally who have been in prison or are in prison now to believe otherwise.

The way an inventor, a healer, a salesperson operates in this type of environment is more “art” than science.

The FDA has some “trigger points” that will get it going, and this is my “rough” order of priority:

  • Claims of “cancer cures”
  • “Supplements” that are related to hormones, especially aimed at athletes, including bodybuilders.
  • Any claim for a cure or treatment that is not approved by the FDA

I think the FDA is wrong in its approach. Wrong in his mission. And it has totally damaged the healthcare system not just in the US but around the world. My opinions and your opinions are irrelevant. This is a giant of a beast and will eat anyone for breakfast who gets in its way.

The FDA’s enforcement arm is the Federal Trade Commission (FTC). This is generally because the FDA claims jurisdiction in “treatment for payment” situations. Many alternative practitioners avoid this by not charging. Sometimes they accept donations. Sometimes this “works” in the sense that your file isn’t singled out for immediate issues because, by definition, they are small and financially unsuccessful. But there is no real solution for the FDA and the FTC. When it’s your turn, you’re screwed.

Here are some things to keep in mind if you’re selling health care products online:

  • Success is not your friend. The more followers you have, the higher your chances of getting ground.
  • Complaining customers are your worst enemy. You can make a lot of smart “deals” when dealing with sick and dying people that might give you a fighting chance in court, but nothing will stop an FDA on a mission or a client who’s angry that Gramps died on their watch while taking your ” healing”. The fact that Grandpa had six days to live when his protocol was used or that his immune system was destroyed by radiation before the family found him is not relevant. Read this carefully: THERE IS NO SUCCESSFUL DEFENSE TO AN FDA CHARGE.
  • Anyone who sells a health care product on the Internet is legally responsible for the claims and the sale, even if they are an intermediate affiliate of a distributor or MLM system. You can’t claim that “they” wrote the copy, not you. He is accused of being a direct promoter or facilitator. Nor nice.

What you can do to save yourself and sell your product:

  • Do your own research and keep the results in a safe place. Get as close as you can to third-party professional studies on “your” product.
  • Keep a journal of the research you did and why you decided the product was a good one to sell.
  • Find out if there are any complaints about the specific brand you are selling or the product in general. Stop selling the product if there are problems or resolve the issue in your journal, for example, “I have found six claims in my research of 100 websites that the product does not work. I have found no adverse medical claims. I have found positive claims of the product. product that far outweigh the negative claims. These are the web addresses of people who say it helped them.”

Be careful with your claims:

  • No product is 100% safe and don’t even think about making that kind of claim. WATER CAN KILL YOU if drunk in large enough amounts. Do you know what those amounts are? NO, DO NOT DO IT. NOBODY DOES IT. EVERYONE IS DIFFERENT.
  • DO NOT do 100% “healing affirmations” – absolutely nothing – works for “everyone”. A 30% cure rate is not attractive to advertise, but it is a big step forward for most serious illnesses.
  • Research and notify customers on your website of any adverse claims and contraindications, RIGHT IN YOUR PROMOTION COPY, that aren’t buried in some weasel clause in a purchase agreement.
  • Citing God or “Mother Nature” will not keep you out of prison. I don’t care if you want to be a martyr for the cause. It’s a good cause and it needs martyrs. If that is your calling in life, I thank you from the bottom of my heart.
