Hand mixers are really versatile when it comes to cooking. You can prepare so many recipes with it. Not only does it reduce efforts in the kitchen, but it makes cooking easy and really fast. Let’s find out some easy and fun recipes using a hand mixer.

From soups to smoothies, whipped sauces, margaritas, and even baby food, you can make just about anything. Today let’s discuss 4 super easy recipes here:

1. Slush Punch: For this you need 6 tablespoons. water, 4 tbsp. sugar, 1 can (12 oz.) orange juice concentrate, 1 can (46 oz.) pineapple juice, 3 lg. bananas, 10 oz. strawberries (optional). Mix all ingredients and freeze until required. Remember to mix the bananas with a little pineapple juice first. Now, once it starts to thaw, add 1 liter of soda. This recipe uses 2 quarts of soda. You can make up to 30 servings.

2. brownie cake: All you need is, 4 eggs, 1/4 tsp. melted butter, 1 stick (4 oz.) melted sweet cooking chocolate, 1/2 tsp. brown sugar, 1/2 tsp. Bisquick, 3/4 tsp. chopped walnuts, 1/2 tsp. granulated sugar. Heat oven to 350. Beat eggs, butter, and chocolate until smooth, using a blender, add brown sugar, baking mix, and sugar, beat again until smooth. For on plate; sprinkle with nuts. We bake for about 30 minutes and check with a knife or stick that it comes out clean.

3. Mango Smoothies: You need 2 mangoes without seeds, peeled and chopped, 2 cups of mango sorbet, 2 cups of vanilla yogurt, 1 ½ cups of milk. Put all the ingredients and mix until smooth. It can serve up to 6 glasses.

4. Mayonnaise: The ingredients are: 2 egg yolks, 1/2 teaspoon dry mustard, 3/4 teaspoon salt, a pinch of cayenne pepper, 1/8 teaspoon sugar, 4 to 5 teaspoons lemon juice or vinegar white, 1-1/2 cup olives or other salad oil, 4 teaspoons hot water. Put the egg yolks, salt, mustard, sugar, pepper, and 1 teaspoon lemon juice in a small bowl until very thick and pale yellow. Blend this mixture at medium speed. Add about 1/4 cup of the oil, drop by drop, whisking vigorously all the while. Whisk in 1 teaspoon each lemon juice and hot water. Add ¼ cup of oil, a few drops at a time, whisking vigorously all the while. Beat in another teaspoon each lemon juice and water. Add 1/2 cup of the oil in a very thin, steady stream, whisking constantly, then mix in the remaining lemon juice and water; slowly whisk in the remaining oil. Put it in a fridge and keep it no more than 1 week. This recipe yields 1 ½ cups of mayonnaise.
