The Flying Monkey Delta8 is an awesome remote control plane. I got my copy of the “Books of Rock” from Amazon and it came with a bonus item. It comes with two very sweet looking flying monkeys that come to your aid when you need them. They are called the Fat One and the Dream One and they fly around chasing your controls.
The thing I like about these toys is the sensitivity of their controls. When I am playing with my Flying Monkey Delta8, I cannot get it wrong. It is very realistic and responds wonderfully to what I am doing. If I want to make a landing, I just let the one go ahead and do it. That is the magic with these remote control airplanes.
You might be asking yourself if there are any differences between your “real” flying controls and these remote controlled ones. The answer to that is no. In fact, they are so similar, that some kids might think they actually are flying their RC airplane.
You do have to watch out for those reckless kids though. They might take the flying monkey and turn it into something that could cause serious injury or even death. So, if you are planning on getting a flying monkey, make sure you read the instructions thoroughly before you fly it. You really do not want to be flying around the neighborhood while taking off with such a toy. That would be just silly.

If you really want one of these flying monkeys for your child, then the best choice will be the Dream One line. It is especially made for younger children and it will be a great way to introduce them to flying. These flying monkeys really do take flight and they do it well!
As a parent, you might find that these remote control planes are a little bit too much for you to handle at first. But, with a little bit of practice and patience, you will get the hang of controlling them and soon you will wonder how you ever got along without them. And who knows? Your son or daughter might enjoy flying these controlled flying monkeys as much as you do. After all, who knows what they might offer the next generation?
In the past, the Dream One series has used radio control as its method of controlling the flying monkeys. However, when the newer line of this model became available, it was changed to using infrared remote control. This change resulted in the new flying monkeys. You can use either system and you will be amazed by the results. You will find that the new system offers some advantages over the old remote control system that you never even thought about before.
When it comes to flying this particular brand of remote controlled plane, it does have its limitations. The thing is that it does not stay in the air very long. It does fly for only about thirty to forty-five minutes before it is forced to come down and land. But, if you are willing to wait for this flying monkey, you can guarantee that you will have a lot of fun in the process.
